Herein, the brake lever (102) is adapted to perform a first braking operation and a second braking operation. The delaying means (106) may be adapted to delay the actuation of at least one braking unit (108). Herein, the first braking operation is a regenerative braking operation and the second braking operation is a mechanical braking operation.
