Abstract: The present disclosure relates to real-time emergency response systems and, more particularly, to a system that integrates a multimodal input array comprising video cameras, microphones and IoT sensors with a time-synchronization layer and preprocessing unit to denoise and align video frames, audio samples and sensor readings. A feature extraction module employs a convolutional neural network, a long short-term memory network and a natural language processing engine to generate visual, audio and speech features, which an AI processing unit converts into modality-specific distress confidence scores. A decision fusion engine aggregates these scores using a fusion strategy and applies a temporal persistence check over a predefined duration. Upon distress confirmation, an alert generation module compiles timestamped video, audio and location data, transmits notifications via one or more communication interfaces, and logs event-related information.
