The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: A system and method for real-time data drift detection and adaptive model recalibration in streaming analytics platforms are disclosed. The system continuously ingests streaming data and monitors statistical properties of incoming features to identify deviations from reference distributions associated with a trained machine learning model. A drift detection engine detects and characterizes data drift, while a performance evaluation module assesses model degradation. Upon detecting significant drift or performance loss, an adaptive recalibration module initiates corrective actions including retraining, incremental learning, or parameter adjustment. A model management module deploys updated models without interrupting ongoing processing, and a feedback loop updates reference distributions and detection thresholds. The disclosed approach enables continuous, automated maintenance of model accuracy and reliability in dynamic data environments, thereby improving robustness and operational efficiency of streaming analytics systems.
