Abstract: The present invention discloses a nano-bioinorganic hybrid system for precision drug delivery, integrating inorganic nanomaterials with biologically active components. The system comprises a nanomaterial core selected from metals, metal oxides, or inorganic frameworks providing a high surface area substrate with tunable properties, operatively coupled to a biomolecular functionalization layer 10 incorporating proteins, peptides, or polymers for enhanced biocompatibility. A drug loading module incorporates therapeutic agents, while a stimuli-responsive release module releases agents in response to pH, temperature, or enzymatic stimuli at target sites. A targeting subsystem provides site-specific recognition through targeting ligands, enhancing cellular uptake while reducing systemic toxicity. An 15 analytical module characterizes drug loading efficiency, release kinetics, and therapeutic efficacy, supporting formulation optimization. The system addresses limitations of conventional drug delivery, providing improved targeting, controlled release, enhanced stability, reduced toxicity, and applications in cancer therapy, antimicrobial treatment, and personalized medicine.
