Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: “A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING HEALTH OF A CASTING UNIT AND A METHOD THEREOF” 5 The present disclosure discloses a system (100,200,300,400) for monitoring health of a casting unit is disclosed. The system includes a first sensing unit (14) and one or more second sensing unit (1,2,3,4). The first sensing unit may be associated with a plurality of non-drive rollers (6) of the casting unit. The first sensing unit may be configured to generate a signal corresponding 10 to a first condition of the plurality of non-drive rollers. The one or more second sensing unit may be associated with at least one of a greasing module (11), a cooling module (12) and one or more hydraulic modules (13) may be associated with the plurality of non-drive rollers. The one or sensing unit may be configured to generate a signal corresponding to a second condition. The second condition may be associated with each of the greasing module, the cooling module, 15 and the one or more hydraulic modules. Fig. 1 is the representative figure.
