Abstract: The present invention provides a system for modeling gastrointestinal dissolution of particles by replicating shear-induced peristaltic motion. The system (100) comprises a peristaltic motion generator (106, 110) configured to induce controlled shear and flow conditions within a fluidic chamber containing the particles. The system enables modulation of peristaltic frequency, amplitude, and flow velocity to simulate physiological gastrointestinal conditions, thereby facilitating precise evaluation of particle dissolution kinetics. The system allows real-time monitoring of dissolution behavior under dynamic mechanical stimuli, providing a predictive in- vitro platform for assessing oral drug delivery performance and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations.
