The communication module (30) operatively connected to the alert module (20) through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and configured for menstrual cycle tracking, voice guidance, secure data storage, and caregiver notification upon detection of a predefined abnormal condition. The alert module (20) is configured to process the sensor data received from the sensor strip (12), compare the sensor data with the predefined threshold values, and provide real-time tactile and/or audio alerts for non-visual menstrual hygiene management by visually impaired girls.
