Abstract: ABSTRACT “A SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING METAL GRANULES AND A METHOD THEREOF” 5 Present disclosure discloses a system (100) for manufacturing metal granules (200). The system include a base (102), and a manifold (104) connected to the base. At least one inlet (104a) is defined at one end of manifold to receive fluid and a plurality of outlets (104b) defined along a length of manifold. A plurality of conduits (106) are fluidly connected to the outlets to receive fluid. A plurality of nozzles (108) are mounted to the plurality of conduits to dispense jets (116) 10 of fluid. A container (110) is mounted on the base. A ladle unit (112) mounted on the container to receive and store molten metal (120). A tilting unit (114) is operatively connected to the ladle unit for dispensing the molten metal onto the jets of the fluid. The molten metal is disintegrated by the jets of the fluid and solidified within the container for manufacturing the metal granules. 15 Fig. 1 is the representative figure.
