Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent helmet system employing multi- 5 sensor fusion and dynamic threshold analysis to monitor rider safety and health, automatically triggering emergency alerts. The system comprises sensors for alcohol detection, impact, helmet-wear verification, drowsiness, and environmental hazards, coupled to a processing subsystem preventing ignition when alcohol is detected or the helmet is worn improperly. An accident detection module identifies 10 impact events and transmits GPS location to emergency contacts, while a monitoring module generates warnings for fatigue, harmful gases, pollution, or fire. A communication subsystem connects via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to a mobile application and cloud platform for data storage and analysis. The alert subsystem provides voice warnings, emergency guidance, and a manual SOS button, with a 15 rechargeable backup battery ensuring continuous operation, reduced false alerts, prompt response, and enhanced rider protection.
