Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for IoT-based gas leakage detection using Arduino-controlled sensing technology configured to improve environmental safety through intelligent hazard monitoring and real-time communication. The system comprises a gas sensing subsystem, an Arduino-based control subsystem, a preprocessing engine, an IoT communication interface, a machine learning analytics engine, and an alert generation subsystem. Gas concentration levels and air quality parameters are continuously monitored using strategically deployed gas sensors, while sensor-generated data is processed and analyzed using predictive analytical algorithms for accurate leakage identification. The IoT communication interface transmits real-time monitoring information and emergency notifications to remote platforms, mobile applications, and cloud-based infrastructures. Upon detection of hazardous gas concentrations, the system generates immediate alerts and warning signals for rapid preventive action. The invention improves gas leakage detection accuracy, operational safety, remote accessibility, and intelligent environmental monitoring through integration of IoT communication, embedded sensing, and machine learning analytics.
