Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for executing secure, live biometric-based online financial transactions using a dual-layer biometric authentication framework. The system enables a sender to transfer funds to a physically present receiver by capturing the receiver's live facial structure and retinal biometric data through an electronic device. A multi-layer anti-spoofing engine verifies liveness by analyzing facial depth, micro-movements, pupillary responses, and retinal characteristics to prevent fraudulent use of photographs, videos, or synthetic images. The authenticated biometric data is transformed into a secure cryptographic identifier and matched with a registered user profile stored in a centralized database linked to the receiver's bank account. The system automatically resolves the corresponding financial routing address and securely initiates a real-time push-payment through a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) or similar electronic payment network without requiring QR codes, manual account details, or physical payment devices. The architecture employs tokenized communication, read-only credential verification, and single-use transaction sessions to enhance security, convenience, speed, and fraud resistance in face-to-face digital payment transactions.
