The system comprises a data acquisition module(110) for collecting survey responses related to skill development program initiatives, perceived self-efficacy, and employability constructs; a computation engine (120) configured to estimate structural equation model (SEM) paths including the mediating effect of self-efficacy; a validation module(130) for assessing model fitness using indices such as CMIN/DF, CFI, and RMSEA; and a diagnostic tool (140) for identifying skill and self-efficacy gaps. The method further enables confirmatory factor analysis and generates actionable intervention recommendations to improve skill development programs in management education and their utility thereof.
