Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM FOR ENABLING INCLUSIVE FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY USING AN INTEGRATED INCLUSIVE FINTECH FRAMEWORK The present invention relates to an integrated inclusive financial technology framework (100) comprising a low-power edge computing device (101) with embedded biometric sensor array (102), an offline-capable secure element (103), a multi-modal communication interface (104) supporting GSM, USSD, NFC and satellite links, a distributed ledger synchronization module (105), an adaptive credit scoring hardware accelerator (106), and a context-aware language translation unit (107). The framework addresses the technical problem of delivering reliable financial services to populations residing in bandwidth-constrained, identity-deficient, and infrastructure-limited regions. A hardware-accelerated consensus engine (200) reconciles offline transactions upon reconnection, achieving sub-second validation with cryptographic integrity. The system reduces onboarding latency by approximately seventy percent and enables transactions using forty milliwatt peak power. Applications include rural micro-lending, agricultural remittance, social-benefit disbursement, and cross-border worker payments across agricultural, retail, healthcare, and governmental sectors. The framework achieves deterministic throughput under intermittent connectivity. [
