The system (100) comprises a sensor array (102) for real-time data collection, including a NavIC module (102a) for location tracking, an accelerometer (102b) for detecting impact severity, a microphone module (102c) for capturing ambient audio signals, and a camera module (102d) for visual evidence, an incident detection module (104) processes sensor data to classify incidents and generate alert, a communication module (106) transmits alerts and sensor data to a central server with fault-tolerant protocols, a data processing unit 108 refines and integrates sensor data, a storage unit (110) stores refined data and transmission logs, a server interface (112) integrates with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to provide coordinated emergency responses.
