MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611102536 A) filed by Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur on August 25, 2026, for A System For Detecting Real-Time Employee Burnout.
Inventors include Dr. Payal Thakur; and Mohit Choudhary.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) and method for real-time employee burnout detection and adaptive intervention. The system comprises a multimodal biophysical sensor acquisition and fusion engine for capturing physiological and behavioural signals (101), a preprocessing and artefact rejection unit (102) for noise removal, a feature extraction unit (103) generating multidimensional feature vectors, and a multimodal fusion model (104) computing a Burnout Index Score (BIS) with confidence measures. A federated edge learning module (105) enables privacy-preserving personalised model training, while a burnout stage classification engine (106) performs temporal analysis of BIS trends. A contextual analysis module (107) adjusts burnout interpretation (104), and an adaptive intervention engine delivers personalised responses. A natural language processing module (109) extracts linguistic indicators, supported by an explainable dashboard and a privacy and security engine (111), enabling accurate, real-time, and privacy-aware burnout management.
