MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621094764 A) filed by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd on August 05, 2026, for A System For Detecting And Remediating An Operational Fault In A Distributed Computing Environment.
Inventors include Shaikh, Tanvir; Patil, Nilesh; and Deshpande, Prashant.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) for detecting and remediating an operational fault in a distributed computing environment (110). The system (100) includes computing sources (112), network interfaces (120), processors (130), and memory (140). The processors implement log ingestion module (150), log processing module (160), semantic clustering engine (170), anomaly detection module (180), access log analyzer (190), multi-server correlation engine (200), code analysis module (210), large language model based analysis engine (230), remediation generator (240). A log data is collected from computing sources (112), and log data is parsed, structured, compared with historical baselines, and correlated across sources to identify anomalous patterns, user impact, source-code context, and root causes of the operational fault. After identifying the root cause, remediation action is generated, and is checked for automated execution, validated and approved from administrator, and then executed. The ineligible remediation actions for automated execution are escalated for manual review.
