Abstract: The present invention provides a hardware-assisted document processing system and working method for converting any digital document into an irreversible uncopiable PDF format. The system comprises a processor unit, memory controller, rendering engine, image rasterization module, resolution reduction module, random iteration generator, secure deletion module, file conversion engine, and output delivery subsystem configured to cooperatively transform document data. An input document is standardized into a PDF and subjected to multiple processor-controlled iterative conversions between raster images and PDF structures based on a non- stored random iteration value, followed by resolution reduction to inhibit optical character recognition. The resulting PDF possesses a non-recoverable rasterized architecture preventing copy-paste operations, text extraction, or conversion into editable formats. The invention achieves enhanced technical security, irreversible structural transformation, and improved device-level processing efficiency, thereby overcoming limitations of password-based or DRM-based PDF protection systems.
