The system (100) includes a housing (10), a top part (20), a valve (22), a secondary inlet port (24), bottom portion (30), a primary inlet port (32), a primary outlet port (34), a drain outlet port (36), a filter element (40), a turbine (50), a plurality of brushes (60). The secondary inlet port (24) is configured to supply water to the turbine (50) when the valve is opened, wherein the water supplied through the secondary inlet port (24) drives the turbine (50) to rotate the filter element (40) in contact with the plurality of brushes to clean the outer surface of the filter element (40). The drain outlet port (36) arranged on the bottom portion (30) is configured to discharge waste water and remove impurities during cleaning of the filter element (40).
