The system (100) comprises a computing device (102) including a processor (104) and a memory (106) configured to execute plurality of modules (110). The system (100) is operatively connected to one or more capturing units (112) for acquiring visual data of a defined environment. The plurality of modules (110) comprises an image acquisition module (114), an identity recognition module (116), a tracking module (118), a presence validation module (120), a re-verification module (122), a temporal analysis module (124), and a decision module (126). The system (100) is scalable and adaptable to different environments and varying numbers of individuals, enabling deployment across multiple classrooms or monitoring spaces while maintaining consistent performance and accuracy.
