Abstract: ABSTRACT A System for AI-Enhanced Wearable Sweat-Based Bilirubin Monitoring for Predictive Neonatal Jaundice Assessment The present invention relates to a wearable system for non-invasive monitoring of bilirubin levels in neonates using sweat-based sensing. The system comprises a flexible patch with a microfluidic network for sweat collection, a stimulation module for inducing sweat, and an electrochemical sensor array for bilirubin detection. A processing unit conditions the signal and transmits data via a wireless module to an artificial intelligence engine. The AI engine analyzes temporal patterns to estimate serum bilirubin levels and predict neonatal jaundice progression. The system enables continuous, non-invasive monitoring and supports early clinical intervention.
