The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-based multi-omics genetic aging biomarker analyzer integrating DNA methylation, telomere length, and gene expression data for biological age prediction and personalized aging intervention. The system comprises a multi-omics data acquisition subsystem collecting methylation, telomere, and transcriptomic data, operatively coupled to a preprocessing subsystem generating unified multi-omics feature matrices. A deep learning pattern recognition engine employing modality-specific encoders and cross-modal attention fusion generates aging biomarker embeddings processed by a biological age prediction subsystem producing continuous age estimates and acceleration metrics. An aging risk scoring subsystem stratifies individuals into accelerated, normative, or decelerated aging categories. An explainable AI subsystem identifies key contributing biomarker features. An anti-aging drug target identification subsystem maps features to druggable molecular pathways. A personalized intervention subsystem generates lifestyle, therapeutic, and monitoring recommendations, providing improved biological age accuracy, enhanced clinical interpretability, and unified longevity assessment for precision medicine applications.
