Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-based traffic control system configured to monitor and regulate vehicular movement using predictive analytical technologies and adaptive signal control mechanisms. The system comprises a traffic sensing subsystem, an image acquisition subsystem, a preprocessing engine, an artificial intelligence analytics engine, and an adaptive signal regulation subsystem. Distributed sensing devices and roadway surveillance cameras continuously monitor vehicle density, lane occupancy, traffic speed, and roadway congestion conditions while transmitting operational data through wireless communication infrastructures. Acquired datasets are processed using machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze traffic patterns, predict congestion conditions, and generate adaptive traffic regulation outputs. The adaptive signal regulation subsystem dynamically adjusts traffic signal timing and roadway operational sequences according to real-time transportation conditions. The invention improves traffic management efficiency, reduces congestion, enhances roadway utilization, and supports intelligent urban mobility through integration of artificial intelligence-based predictive traffic analytics and adaptive transportation control technologies.
