Abstract: The present invention is related to a system and process for recycling garbage into construction blocks. The system and process for converting waste materials into eco-friendly construction blocks through electrically powered machines. The invention addresses environmental pollution and landfill reduction by recycling garbage, particularly plastic waste, into useful non-load-bearing building materials. The process involves collection and segregation of waste to remove hazardous and unsuitable components, followed by shredding with an electrical shredder to achieve uniform particle size. Selected waste is heated and melted using electrical heating units, then blended with materials such as sand, ash, or sawdust in an electrically operated mixer to enhance strength and durability. The prepared mixture is compressed into molds using electrical molding or compression machines, cooled by air or water systems, and hardened into solid blocks. The invention ensures efficient waste management, cost-effective block production, conservation of natural resources, and promotion of sustainable construction practices.
