Abstract: A SYSTEM AND MODULE FOR INTEGRATING INDIAN CAPITAL MARKETS WITH GLOBAL STOCK EXCHANGES THROUGH GIFT CITY USING A STRATEGIC FINANCE FRAMEWORK The present invention relates to a system and module architecture for integrating Indian capital markets with global stock exchanges through an International Financial Services Centre ecosystem established at GIFT City. The invention comprises a centralized integration system including a global exchange connectivity module, cross-border trading module, regulatory harmonization module, multi-currency settlement module, international investment participation module, financial analytics and strategic intelligence module, cyber-security and transaction monitoring module, interoperability management module, and blockchain verification module. The disclosed system enables interoperable securities trading, real-time cross-border transaction processing, international investor participation, multi-currency financial settlement, and synchronized regulatory compliance between domestic and international financial jurisdictions. The invention further incorporates artificial intelligence-based financial analytics, encrypted communication infrastructure, and blockchain-assisted transaction validation for improving transparency, operational efficiency, cyber-security protection, and strategic investment intelligence.
