Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to a smart hybrid solar-wind energy management and optimization device and an associated method for efficiently integrating renewable energy sources to provide reliable and uninterrupted electrical power. The system comprises a solar photovoltaic (PV) unit, a wind energy generation unit, a battery energy storage system, an embedded processing unit, environmental and electrical sensors, power conversion circuitry, and a wireless communication module. The embedded controller continuously monitors solar irradiance, wind speed, battery status, voltage, current, power generation, and load demand to intelligently manage energy flow between renewable sources, battery storage, and connected loads. Artificial intelligence (AI)-based optimization algorithms predict renewable energy availability and optimize charging, discharging, and load prioritization to maximize energy utilization and minimize losses. Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled communication facilitates remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance, and performance analysis. The invention improves system efficiency, extends battery life, reduces operational costs and carbon emissions, and is suitable for residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, microgrid, and off- grid renewable energy applications.
