The system comprises field-side IoT control modules 110, each including an SMPS 200, microcontroller 210, sensor interface 220, relay/control driver subsystem 230, memory unit 250, sub- GHz LPWAN radio, local rule engine, and unique cryptographic identity; at least one gateway 120 with a network scheduler for synchronization beacons, protocol translation engine, health-monitoring module and backhaul manager; and a cloud orchestration platform 130 offering telemetry ingestion, analytics, alarm management, over-the-air updates, and role-based safety escalation. Modules 110 synchronize to beacons, sample and encrypt sensor data, transmit in assigned timeslots, receive and authenticate commands, actuate equipment and send acknowledgements; gateway 120 buffers and forwards data; cloud orchestration 130 processes telemetry, issues commands, manages firmware and safety escalations.
