Inventor includes Dr. Rammohan Birappa Yedave.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: A System and Method for Visual Simulation of Anatomical Modification The present invention relates to a system and method for visual simulation of anatomical modification that generates a composite anatomical representation by integrating internal anatomical imaging data with external surface imaging data. The system comprises an input image module (101) for receiving imaging data, an image alignment module (102) for spatially aligning internal and external images, a composite image generation module (103) for producing a unified anatomical representation, an anatomical reference module (104) for identifying anatomical landmarks or fiducials, a simulation module (105) for digitally modifying anatomical parameters to simulate anatomical changes, and an output module (106) for presenting or exporting results. The system supports manual, semi-automatic, or automated processing, including machine learning–based alignment or simulation. The visual simulation may be used for procedural planning, patient education, outcome visualization, and decision support across pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure contexts. The system may be implemented on mobile, cloud-based, workstation, or augmented or virtual reality platforms.
