MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641089580 A) filed by L B Vinoth on July 23, 2026, for A System And Method For Vehicle Lifecycle Management Using Artificial Intelligence And Blockchain.
Inventor includes L B Vinoth.
The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: A system (120) and method (400) for vehicle lifecycle management using artificial intelligence and blockchain is disclosed. The system includes an AI-powered evaluation module (315) configured to receive multimodal vehicle data, compute a refurbishment probability index, and determine component-level lifecycle using remaining-useful-life algorithms. Based on these assessments, the system generates processing options including dismantling, scrapping, refurbishment, internal-combustion-engine treatment, or conversion to an electric vehicle. A user interface module (320) enables selection of an option, which is executed through corresponding OEM-operated subsystems. A resale module (325) calculates resale value and sustainability indices, provides QR-based traceability, and supports Green Label certification and carbon-credit generation. A blockchain module (330) maintains immutable lifecycle logs and smart warranty contracts. A sustainability metrics module (335), dashboard module (340), and centralized AI sustainability optimizer module (345) collectively enable transparent monitoring, compliance support, and national-level resource recovery optimization.
