Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT A self-contained, mobile waste management and processing system mounted on a transportable vehicle platform and configured for decentralized on-site processing of heterogeneous waste streams. The system comprises a containerized enclosure housing a plurality of integrated waste-processing units including a baling unit, composting unit, shredder unit, sanitary waste incinerator, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) densification unit, and a motorized conveyor assembly. The system further comprises a hybrid power architecture including an onboard electrical power generator, a solar energy harvesting system comprising photovoltaic panels mounted on exterior surfaces of the enclosure, and an onboard battery storage system. Waste material is collected, segregated, conveyed, and processed into compacted bales, compost, shredded material, densified EPS products, and incineration residues. The platform enables localized waste treatment, reduced transportation requirements, improved resource recovery, renewable-energy-assisted operation, and deployment in urban, rural, industrial, institutional, and remote environments.
