Abstract: The present invention provides a hydroponic gardening system 100 for confined urban installations. The system comprises modular hydroponic channels 201, each having openings 211 seating net pots 207 that hold a growing medium 213 supporting a plant 209 whose roots contact a nutrient-rich aqueous solution. A nutrient supply inlet 203 and a return outlet 205 couple to inlet and outlet ends of the channels 201. A water recycling assembly 303 having a working reservoir 217 and an inline pre-filter 235 returns filtered solution to the reservoir 217. A submersible recirculation pump 239 within the reservoir 217 feeds the inlet 203, and a peristaltic dosing pump 237 doses nutrient concentrate, defining a closed recirculation loop. An environmental control unit 219 and a control logic module 231 actuate pumps 237, 239 by threshold comparison, thereby reducing water use and increasing nutrient uptake by the plants 209. (FIG. 1)
