Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Standardized Panchagavya Preparation and Controlled Agricultural Application for Improved Crop Yield and Soil Health The present disclosure provides a system and method for standardized panchagavya preparation, bioactive profiling, adaptive fermentation control, and precision agricultural application to improve crop yield and soil health. The system further comprises a raw material quality authentication module, a sensor interface module, a bioactive compound profiling module, a fermentation digital twin module, a microbial community optimization module, a soil-microbiome compatibility analysis module, a crop recommendation module, a precision dispensing module, and a processor operatively coupled with a memory. The digital twin framework continuously monitors fermentation parameters, evaluates bioactive compounds, optimizes beneficial microbial populations, and predicts fermentation outcomes. The processor calculates a Smart Bioactive Maturity Index and Fermentation Stability Score to determine formulation readiness. The system also does a soil suitability analysis and generates crop specific application recommendations for precise field application. Tracking of soil regeneration and crop performance post application to improve future operations. The invention improves formulation consistency, nutrient usage efficiency, microbial performance, crop yield and sustained soil health by smart biological process management and precision agricultural application.
