An agent interaction module enables decentralized communication among agents, while a collaboration orchestration engine dynamically assigns tasks and facilitates knowledge sharing through exchange of model parameters or intermediate representations. A consensus and aggregation module combines local model updates to generate a global or semi-global model, ensuring consistency and robustness. A context-awareness module adapts agent participation based on network and resource conditions, and a memory and policy update module refines collaboration strategies using performance feedback. The disclosed framework enables scalable, adaptive, and data-efficient distributed intelligence with reduced reliance on labeled data and centralized control.
