Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Secure Cloud Data Management and Access Control The present disclosure relates to a system and method for secure cloud data management and context adaptive access control. The system receives a request for cloud hosted data, and determines a sensitivity category, and requested data operation. The parameters for security-context such as device integrity, network condition, access-location features, session features and behavioural anomaly indicators are input to produce a dynamic trust value. An adaptive authorization controller determines an operation-specific authorization scope based on the dynamic trust value and sensitivity category. A data classification and fragmentation module creates encrypted data fragments, and a distributed key-orchestration module selectively releases time-limited and context-bound portions of keys for an authorized data fragment. A selective data-reconstruction module reconstructs only the authorized segment in an approved secure execution environment. The system continuously monitors the active session and if a security risk condition is detected, it automatically limits operations, halts key release, modifies authorization or revokes access. Security and access events are recorded in a tamper-evident form to facilitate verification and audit.
