Abstract: The present invention provides a system (100) for seamless continuity of digital learning during interruption of Internet connectivity in a browser-based learning framework. The system (100) comprises one or more learner client devices (110), secured browser (120), a central online learning framework (130), a central production database (140), a local server (150) having a local database (160), an Internet connectivity monitoring module (170), and a synchronization and validation module (180). During Internet availability, the secured browser (120) authenticates a learner (112) with the central online learning framework (130), delivers learning content, and stores learner activity records in the central production database (140). Upon detection of Internet unavailability, the secured browser (120) automatically logs out the learner (112), switches data persistence to the local database (160), and enables continuation of learning in an offline emergency mode. Upon restoration of Internet connectivity, locally stored learner activity records are uploaded, validated, and reconciled.
