Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Remote Patient Monitoring and Real-Time Physiological Signal Processing in Healthcare Applications The present disclosure relates to a system and method for context-aware remote patient monitoring, adaptive physiological signal validation and predictive health event management. The system includes a plurality of physiological sensors, a communication interface, a memory, a smart sensor fusion controller and a processor configured to acquire physiological data associated with a patient. The processor includes an Adaptive Physiological Signal Integrity Verification Module for verifying signal integrity, an Edge-Based Artifact Suppression and Signal Reconstruction Module for reconstructing corrupted physiological signals, and a Multi-Sensor Digital Twin Health Modeling Module for building a patient-specific digital physiological twin. A Physiological Context Awareness Engine determines patient-specific physiological conditions, and a Predictive Clinical Deterioration Forecasting Module predicts potential adverse health events before critical thresholds are reached. It also provides self-sufficient healthcare intervention recommendations, dynamically reconfigures sensor operations, suppresses false emergency alerts, improves predictive models using federated learning, and preserves secure physiological data provenance using blockchain technology. The invention enhances monitoring accuracy, patient safety, predictive healthcare capability and clinical decision making efficiency.
