Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Real-Time Rider Safety Monitoring and Intelligent Emergency Response The present invention pertains to a system and process for the real-time monitoring of rider safety and automatic response to emergencies. The invention consists of a smart helmet that incorporates multiple sensors capable of continuously collecting data from multiple sources. This includes information related to motion parameters, impact signals, rider position, biological data, and geographic positioning data. These data are then processed using an onboard processor in combination with an AI and ML system to detect anomalies and assess any danger to riders through feature extraction and temporal and sensor fusion analyses. The data collected and analyzed are assigned a composite score representing the severity level, which allows classification of events into multiple categories of severity. The appropriate course of action is determined by the severity classification of events, after which alerts are automatically sent out to designated contacts and emergency responders through the communication infrastructure.
