Abstract: The invention discloses a system (100) and method for real-time co-optimization of motor torque in electric vehicles through an independent middleware controller (101) that intercepts the analog throttle signal before it reaches a motor inverter and substitutes it with a shaped output derived from continuous battery state analysis. The system (100) employs opportunistic internal resistance estimation during natural driving transitions to track battery degradation on-the-fly, without requiring laboratory diagnostics or proprietary communication networks. A predictive thermal budgeting model mathematically anticipates internal battery heating before it manifests externally, enabling proactive torque reduction. Multi-parameter fuzzy logic fusion integrates real-time thermal, electrical, and degradation data into a unified control signal, enforced through a closed-loop proportional-integral mechanism. A hardware-level electromechanical failsafe ensures the vehicle reverts to unmediated throttle operation upon any controller failure, extending battery lifespan and substantially reducing sudden power cutoffs in retrofit electric vehicle applications.
