Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Real-Time Interview Training and Behavioral Assessment Using Emotion-Aware AI The present invention discloses a real-time interview training and behavioral assessment system and technique that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The present invention consists of a user interface device that collects multimodal data, which includes facial expressions and speech signals during an interview. Through the use of a processing unit together with a machine learning component, behavioral features such as micro-expressions, speech features, and response latency are extracted, allowing for classification of the emotional and behavioral status of a user. The performance assessment tool evaluates various metrics, which include a confidence score and Emotional Stability Index (ESI), whereas the adaptive controller adjusts interview parameters such as question complexity and interaction dynamics depending on the classification of the status of the individual. Feedback is provided as a means of generating guidance and insights regarding communication and behavioral performance. Fig. 3
