Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system and method for continuously monitoring, analyzing, and improving the emotional climate of organizations through real-time digital communication analytics. The system comprises the acquiring secure data from multiple enterprise sources, pre-processes the data through anonymization and normalization, and applies advanced artificial intelligence techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), sentiment analysis, emotion detection, behavioral analytics, and machine learning models. The collected multimodal data is used to generate a comprehensive Organizational Emotional Climate Index (OECI). The system further computes department-wise indices including an Anxiety Index, Collaboration Index, Mindfulness Index, and Psychological Safety Index. Based on predictive analytics and predefined intervention rules, the AI engine automatically recommends personalized and department-specific interventions such as mindfulness sessions, manager coaching, workload balancing, conflict resolution programs, employee assistance referrals, and organizational wellness initiatives. The invention enables proactive identification of psychosocial risks, improves employee well-being, strengthens organizational resilience, and supports evidence-based HR decision-making.
