Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL-TIME ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT USING PHYSIOLOGICAL SIGNAL PROCESSING The present invention provides a system and method for real-time adaptive control of a virtual environment using physiological signal processing. The system comprises at least one physiological sensor device configured to acquire physiological signals from a user, a processor configured to execute a parallel processing pipeline across a plurality of processing cores for real-time signal processing and threshold detection, a memory subsystem comprising a circular buffered data structure configured for concurrent read and write operations, a communication interface configured for event-driven data transmission triggered upon detection of threshold conditions, and a local rendering device configured to generate and dynamically modify a virtual environment based on control signals generated by the processor. The coordinated operation of said components enables reduced signal processing latency through parallel execution, continuous data streaming through circular buffered memory architecture, and reduced communication overhead through event-driven transmission compared to periodic polling-based systems.
