Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Predictive Adaptive Regulation of Children’s Mobile Device Usage According to the present invention, a system and method are disclosed for adaptive and predictive regulation of mobile devices' usage by children. The system includes a wearable device which is capable of measuring physiological parameters, such as heart rate variability, activity levels, and sleeping patterns. Also, the system includes a mobile monitoring device that tracks behavioral parameters of device usage, namely, how much time children spend with their mobile device and how they interact with different applications. A machine learning model is used for generating a behavioral wellness score, state classification based on pre-defined categories, and predicting further behavioral states. Fig. 3
