The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A biometric authentication routing system (100) comprises a contextual information acquisition module configured to acquire occupation information, temporal information, environmental information, and a template-free authentication outcome history comprising binary authentication success or failure information. A routing engine processes the acquired non-biometric contextual information to determine a ranked sequence of biometric authentication modalities prior to activation of any biometric sensor. A biometric authentication controller sequentially activates the ranked biometric authentication modalities until successful authentication and updates the template-free authentication outcome history after each authentication attempt. A synchronization module periodically synchronizes only binary authentication outcome information. The routing engine performs modality ranking exclusively using non- biometric contextual information without utilizing biometric images, biometric templates, biometric feature representations, biometric quality scores, confidence scores, or biometric-derived information. The system (100) provides a pre-activation biometric modality routing architecture employing a template-free authentication history and embedded predictive routing mechanism
