Abstract: A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERSONALIZED HUMAN DEVELOPMENT USING MODULAR MULTI-AGENT ARCHITECTURE AND CAUSALITY MAPPING ENGINE The disclosed invention relates to personalized human development and introduces a system that transforms qualitative user inputs received via a user interface (1110) into quantitative measures across human orientations such as Achievement (112), Relationship (113), Leadership (114), Learning (115) and Nurturing (116). A central orchestrator, the Insight Agent (1120), coordinates multiple helper agents including an attribute identifier agent (1130) for score mapping, an imbalance identifier agent (1140) for detecting discrepancies using a defined matrix, and a belief/behavior extraction tool (1170) for linking observations to underlying beliefs. A persistent database (480) and contextual memory module (Mem0) stores historical data, while a context developer (1190) enriches current inputs. An advanced language model integration module processes user queries to generate personalized, data-driven responses based on aggregated behavioral profiles and a curated database with predefined imbalance implications.
