Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for organizational crisis management and resolution. The system receives organizational information from internal communication systems, human resource information systems and external signal sources. A Crisis Signal Vectorizer processes the information according to twelve predefined crisis criteria to generate a twelve-dimensional Crisis Signal Vector. A Panchatantra Profile Matcher compares the vector with predefined Panchatantra Crisis Profiles using weighted similarity scoring. The profiles comprise Mitra Bheda, Mitra Samprapti, Kakolukiyam, Labdhapranasham and Apariksitakarakam. A corresponding Fable Archetype Record comprising a decision reasoning template is retrieved to generate an Action Playbook and role- specific outputs. The system continuously re-evaluates subsequently received information to update crisis classification and intervention. It is an outcome of the Seed Money Project titled as "From Folklore to strategic sustainability: Crafting a value added course by linking Panchatantra, SDGs and Corporate Crisis Management". FIG 01.
