Abstract: The invention relates to cybersecurity education technology, and particularly to offline browser-executable assessment and gamified learning with portable learner-state verification and credential issuance. A learner computing device executes an assessment app 100 and gamified learning app 110 locally to generate a Save Code token 120 containing serialized learner state including mission progress, quiz scores, badges, XP, streak, and anti-cheat integrity information. A teacher computing device decodes the Save Code token 120 in a teacher dashboard 130, and a class analytics engine 140 reconstructs student records, evaluates readiness using weighted scoring, and determines qualification outcomes. Technical advancement is achieved by enabling transferable, text-safe progress persistence and verification without continuous network dependence, while incorporating behavioral anti-cheat monitoring and dual shuffle quiz generation. A server system issues signed competency certificates through a certificate generator 150 and supports validation via a verification API 160. Fig. 1 best characterises the invention.
