Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for objective and longitudinal mental 5 health assessment using multimodal data fusion. The invention acquires behavioral, physiological, and contextual information from therapeutic interactions, structured behavioral assessments, and physiological monitoring devices. The acquired information is synchronized, preprocessed, and analyzed using an artificial intelligence-based multimodal fusion engine configured to extract features, correlate heterogeneous data, and generate one 10 or more quantitative mental health assessment indices. The generated indices are continuously updated to facilitate real-time and longitudinal monitoring of psychological well-being. A visualization module presents assessment results and behavioral trends through an interactive graphical interface, while an integration module enables communication with external healthcare platforms including electronic health records and 15 telemedicine systems. The invention further incorporates secure information management mechanisms for protecting sensitive healthcare information.
