Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NON-INVASIVE BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITORING USING MICROWAVE SENSING The present invention relates to a microwave-based system and method for non-invasive monitoring of blood glucose levels. The system employs a planar microstrip patch antenna sensor operating in a microwave frequency range to detect dielectric variations in biological tissues associated with changes in glucose concentration. A signal excitation and acquisition unit, such as a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) or equivalent RF transceiver, is used to transmit and receive signals and obtain S-parameter data. The acquired data is processed to extract features including resonance frequency, return loss, and phase variation. These features are analyzed using machine learning algorithms to estimate blood glucose levels. An adaptive calibration module refines predictions based on individual physiological responses. The system further includes an embedded processing unit for real-time data processing and a communication interface for remote monitoring. The invention provides a non-invasive, portable, and efficient solution for continuous glucose estimation without requiring blood sampling.
