Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTISTAGE CROP DISEASE DETECTION The present disclosure relates to a system(100) and method(200) for multistage crop disease detection. The system(100) comprises a crop image acquisition and processing module(110) configured to receive and preprocess crop image data, a soil data acquisition module(120) configured to obtain soil parameters, and an environmental data integration module(130) configured to retrieve real-time environmental conditions from external data sources. The system(100) further comprises a geospatial intelligence engine(140) configured to associate multimodal agricultural data with geographic coordinates to generate spatial agricultural data. A disease detection and classification model(150) processes the spatial agricultural data to identify crop disease and determine a disease severity value. A disease progression prediction module(160) estimates future disease progression, and a geospatial risk scoring engine(170) computes spatial disease spread probability. A recommendation and treatment engine(180) generates remedial agricultural actions. The system(100) enables multimodal analysis, geospatial forecasting, and decision support for precision agriculture.
