Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTIMODAL CLINICAL STATE MODELING AND PREDICTIVE TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION The present invention relates to a system and method for multimodal clinical state modeling and predictive treatment recommendation. The system acquires healthcare information associated with a patient from a plurality of healthcare data sources including physiological measurements, laboratory reports, diagnostic imaging data, genomic information, medication histories, wearable-device data, and clinical observations. A clinical state modelling engine generates a patient-specific latent clinical state representation, which is utilized to construct a dynamic digital health twin corresponding to the patient. A predictive health trajectory engine generates one or more future health trajectories, while a counterfactual intervention simulation engine evaluates a plurality of candidate intervention strategies and generates intervention-specific health trajectories. An intervention assessment engine determines intervention effectiveness scores and intervention stability indices, and a predictive clinical decision engine generates personalized treatment recommendations. The system further supports clinical divergence analysis, health-state drift detection, and explainable clinical reasoning, thereby improving predictive healthcare analytics, treatment planning, clinical decision- making, and patient outcomes.
