The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for multi-response optimization of dual-fuel reactivity controlled compression ignition engine systems. The system comprises seven sequential modules comprising an structural design module 101 employing a Taguchi orthogonal array to structure experimental trials with reduced experimental runs relative to full-factorial design, a data acquisition module 103 for measuring a plurality of response variables, a signal-to-noise ratio computation module 105 for transforming raw response data by applying larger-the-better and smaller-the-better criteria, a grey relational analysis module 107 for converting the signal-to-noise ratio matrix into a single composite grey relational grade per experimental condition, an analysis of variance module 109 for quantifying percentage contribution of each control factor, a sensitivity analysis module 111 for confirming optimization robustness, and a dynamic validation module 113 for validating the framework against experimental observation.
